Honoring Jim Davis

Ball State University is honoring its distinguished alumnus Jim Davis, creator of Garfield, the world’s most popular comic strip cat on April 17th. IDIA's faculty, staff, students and campus partners will showcase next generation 3D animation technology as part of a special benefit event. The IDIA will demonstrate 3D laser scanning, motion-capture, and live 3D gaming – all using content created by Jim Davis.
