The Institute for Digital Intermedia is an interdisciplinary, collaborative research and production environment that explores the intersections between art and technology. Students, faculty, and industry partners are engaged in a wide range of innovative digital media projects employing technologies such as high-definition video, 3D animation, virtual reality, and interactive media. College of Fine Arts students and faculty from Music Technology, Electronic Art and Animation as well as from other disciplines across campus are taking part in this experiential, project-based learning center.
